Our rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
Rates may vary from those listed during special event times and holidays.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit refunds minus $25.00 fee on cancellations sooner than 14 days of arrival date .
We are unable to return any portion of your deposit on cancellations within 14 days of your planned arrival date.
All cancellations and changes in arrangements must be confirmed verbally with a phone call to the Innkeepers.
Sales and lodging taxes are 13%.
The charge for additional persons (over two) is $30.00 per day per person.
A deposit of one night's stay is required by credit card to guarantee your reservation.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for Special Events and Holidays.
