2) B&B guests may have visitors in the B&B,
however, must have permission of owner first.
3) Refund of deposit requires at least 72
hours notice. Less than 72 hours notice will
only result in refund if suite can be
rented. Some holidays require 1 weeks notice
for cancellation - guests will be notified at
time of reservation.
4) Deposit of 50% of stay is required to hold a
reservation.
5) Not appropriate for children under 10 unless
family is reserving all suites.
6) Some holiday/special weekends have a multiple
night minimum - guests will be alerted at time of reservation.
