The Elkhorn Inn & Theatre, on West Virginia's "Coal Heritage Trail" is a 13-guest room bed-and-breakfast, newly restored and filled with art and antiques. We have a fireplace, balcony, patio cafe, internet access, sat TV/VCR, antique claw-foot bathtubs, vintage quilts, signature toiletries and bathrobes in each guest room.
Our gift shop features vintage quilts and textiles, fine art, handmade jewelry, and hand-crafted West Virginia coal gifts. The Inn features, exclusively in the Continental USA, Alto Grande Gourmet Coffee- the Vatican's choice gourmet coffee!
The Elkhorn Theatre, a copy of Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, is available for weddings, receptions, music concerts and special events. The Inn offers complete wedding, reception, group, and special event packages, as well as "Girlfriend Getaways", "Guys Getaways" and "Romance Weekend" Packages. We offer dinners for individuals and groups in our elegant dining room, and the art studio is available for artists staying at the Inn.
The Elkhorn Inn has been featured on HGTV, Speed Channel, "Traveling the Mountain State", and in the NY Daily News, and Preservation Magazine, and received a "Readers Choice Award" from ConventionSouth. The Inn was chosen by the winners of the State's 2004 "West Virignia Dream Trip".

| Continental Breakfast is included in our room rates. Hot breakfasts (eggs, sausage, bacon, etc.) are $10/per person and may be booked with your room, and dinners at the Inn in our elegant dining room are $30/per person and may be booked with your room as well. Menus include herb-stuffed Cornish Game Hen, almond-crusted pan-fried trout, pork chop in brandy-mustard sauce, prime rib, chicken Caeser Salad, Pasta with pesto or Alfredo sauce, and many others. Restricted diets happily acommodated! |

| $85/night for Private Bath Guest Rooms. $75/night for Shared Bath Guest Rooms. Family Suite of two rooms is $145/night. Entire Inn may be booked for groups, meetings, weddings, receptions and special events, and we have "extended stay" rates as well. One week notice required for refund; two week notice for holiday and festival weekends. Check in 2PM, check out noon; other times by prior arrangement. Good kids and well-behaved pets are welcome- please call. $25 pet cleaning fee per room. Owners must keep their pets leashed on our property and are responsible for their pet's behavior. We have 13 guest rooms and can happily accommodate groups, meetings, weddings, receptions and reunions. |
