Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Due to our intimate size, cancellations do affect us greatly. There is a $25 processing fee, per room for cancellations. Because of reservation demands, we must adhere to these terms:
A guaranteed reservation means that we are making a commitment to you and you, in turn, are making a commitment to us.
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation with less than 7 days notice, refunds will be given to the extent that we are able to rebook your room for the entire number of days as reserved, less the $25.00 processing fee per room. A one night’s stay pre-payment is securing your reservation. This deposit is refundable (less the $25.00 non-refundable processing fee) if the reservation is canceled within the advance notice deadline of 7 days.
Early departures and late cancellations are charged for the full stay as reserved plus the $25.00 service fee.
“No shows” will be charged for the full reserved stay and any additional services ordered prior; i.e. flowers, candies, etc.
For safety reasons smoking is only allowed on porches and in the garden. Open flame candles and smoking in the rooms will result in a minimum $100 extra cleaning fee and termination of one’s stay. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets without prior arrangements - call the innkeeper.
Well-behaved children over 12 are welcome in the Victorian House Rooms. Accomodations for Children under the age of 12 can be made for the Key West Suite only (call regarding special breakfast arrangements. |
