Cancellation Policy:
Guests are responsible for full payment of all nights reserved. A minimum of one night's deposit or a 50% deposit of all nights reserved will be charged to the credit card provided at time of reservation. 14 day cancellation notice is required to receive your deposit refund less $10 bookkeeping fee (30 day cancellation notice required for reservations made for October). If cancellation notice is received in less than 14 days (30 days in October) from date reserved then the 50% balance of all nights reserved will be charged to the card previously provided & subject to forfeiture unless we are able to re-rent guest's reserved room. We will make reasonable efforts to re-rent guest's room & if we are able to partially or fully re-rent the room then a partial or full refund of the full payment will be refunded to guest's credit or debit card less the bookkeeping fee.
