The Zeigler House is located within the National Landmark Historic District of Savannah within walking distance of all major downtown attractions. The Inn was built in 1856 and was fully restored in 2002, but retains many of the original features including the original pocket doors, heart pine flooring, mahogany stair railings, 11 fireplaces and plaster ceiling medallians and molding. Your hosts, Kim and Jackie Heinz, are convinced you will enjoy the Inn’s picturesque setting and luxury. Some rooms have whirlpool tubs and private outdoor patios. All rooms have king-size beds, private baths, WI-FI, Cable TV, CD Players, down bed pads, mini refrigerators, microwave ovens, toasters and coffee pots. Room prices start at $165 per night and include a continental breakfast. Limited off-Street parking is provided.

| Savannah is home to the largest historic district in the US. Some of the many sights in the area include historic Savannh, Tybee Island, numerous historic sites and museums, River Street and the waterfront. The Inn is very close to Covention Center and Visitors Bureau. |

| B&B Polices |
| No smoking or pets. There is a mininum 2 night stay on weekends. Children are allowed, but only in selected rooms. A deposit of 50% of total room cost required at reservation. Cancellation two weeks or more before arrival will receive full refund minus a $25 processing fee. |
