11:00 AM. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival date for a refund of deposit less a $25.00 service charge. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit. Changes in dates are subject to $25.00 service charge.
No-show guests will be charged the full amount for lodging, products & services booked. We are unable to make any refund for unused portions of packages or for unexpected early departure. We are unable to accommodate pets. |
