Deposits
A minimum non-refundable deposit of one night's stay is required in advance.
Cancellation Policy
It is extremely important should your plans change that you cancel your reservations at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival, especially if you made your reservation through our reservation service. There is a flat $30 cancellation fee.
Prior to the two weeks we will refund the total charge, less the $30 cancellation fee. If your reservation was through the service, there is no refund after two weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
If you made the reservation yourself:
(1) From two weeks to one week (7) days prior to scheduled arrival, we will refund 50% of the charges after the $30 cancellation fee.
(2) One week (7 days) or less prior to arrival there are no refunds. Unless otherwise agreed upon arrival time is 4:00 p.m. on the scheduled date. Checkout is 10:00 a.m. There is a flat $30 charge for early check-in, check-in after 9:00 p.m., or late checkout if prior arrangements have not been made.
