His catering experience includes functions for National and International organizations and dignitaries including President George Bush. He has catered to groups as large as 5,000 and has received numerous awards for food and table presentation.
Kim has several years of experience in fine dining. Her real passion is gardening. You'll notice her work when strolling the Cali Cochitta grounds, and herbs from her garden add a special touch to many of the dishes.
