| The Wolcott House B&B is a stately red brick Italianate style home bult at the turn of the 20th century. We have three guest rooms each with it's own unique decor. The Wolcott House sits on two acres of manicured gardens including a train garden the replicates an early 20th century village. We have several packages available to celebrate that special occasion. |

Reservation: 1/2 of amount of stay due two weeks prior to stay. Balance due on arrival. Sorry, but at this time we do not accept credit cards. Cash, Personal Check, Money Order, or PayPal accepted.
Cancellation Policy: 1/3 amount of stay is non refundable. Seven days cancellation required to avoid additional charges.
Check in: after 4pm unless arranged at time of reservation.
