Deposit Amount Required: Room held with Credit Card or Personal Check (received) - 50% deposit required.
Discounts available: Business Travel (2 days, 10%), Extended Stay (5 days, 15%)

Check In time is anytime after 4:00 P.M. and Check Out time is by 12:00 NOON.
Cancellation: Unless given 7 day notice (7 days prior to arrival date) of room cancellation, deposit hold must be forfeited plus a $25 processing fee. Provided a 7 day notice of cancellation is given, all monies less a $25 processing fee will be refunded. (A ONE-MONTH advance notice is required for Murder Mysteries OR any other event requiring a Full House Rental - otherwise the 50% deposit PLUS a $25 processing fee will be charged.) A cancellation within 48 hours will result in 100% of reservation value to be charged plus the $25 processing fee.
Trip Cancellation Plan AVAILABLE - request when making reservation: If you have to cancel up to 3pm EST the day of your arrival, you get a FULL REFUND of your DEPOSIT. The cost of the plan is only 10% of your reserved room rate.
Full House Rental Option priced at $825-$869/night.
