There is a $30.00 charge for each additional person.
Guests are required to send as a deposit the full amount for a one-or two-night reservation. For three or more nights, a 2 night room rate deposit will apply, which will be credited to the final two days of your reservation. Deposits must be received within 7 days after making your reservation or your reservation cannot be guaranteed. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. If you need to cancel or shorten a stay, your deposit will be returned in full for a cancellation occurring more than 14 days before the intended arrival date. For cancellation less than 14 days in advance of reservation date, the deposit will be returned minus a $15.00 administrative charge if we are able to re-rent the room. Any balance due is payable at check-in.

There is one off-street parking space available per room. After check-out, automobiles must be removed to accommodate incoming guests.
For the comfort of all, smoking and pets are not permitted.
Our facilities are not suitable for children under 12.
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm or by special arrangement. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Most weekends require a two night minimum stay.
