Lake Travis Retreat offers a cozy 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Town Home with wonderful views of Lake Travis located in the unique rustic community of Windermere Oaks. The Town Home has it’s own private hot tub overlooking the lake, plus there is a community swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts 1/3 mile from the town home. This is the place for those that don't want to be in a "suburbia" setting--a place where the deer roam around grazing and you can escape from the city stresses. The townhouse sleeps up to 4 (King sized bed in loft bedroom and Full sized bed in downstairs bedroom) and has 2 Full bathrooms. The living room has a tv/vcr with satellite and a cd/stereo player, the kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all needed equipment for cooking and eating. Breakfast fixing are left in the town home for you to enjoy at your leisure. There are 2 patio sets--one on the deck right off the living room for enjoying your morning coffee and one on the Hot Tub deck along with a propane gas grill. There is a washer/dryer for guests use, as well as 2 Bicycles and Tennis Racquets and Balls. Just 1/2 mile from the townhouse is a community boat launch that you may launch your boat at and enjoy a wonderful day on Lake Travis or there are local places that rent boats and jet skis. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel once you have a confirmed reservation, a $25.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, Once Nights Lodging Rate Plus the Cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, then the full amount of your reservation will be charged. All Cancellations must be made by phone, “person to person”. No voice messages or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations. A cancellation number will be given.
