DEPOSIT of 50% is required to hold a reservation of two or more nights, with balance due upon arrival. One night stay requires payment in full.
PAYMENT accepted: cash, money order, Travelers Checks, American Express, Master Card or Visa.
MINIMUM NIGHTS:
2 nights on *Weekends ~ May through November.
2 nights throughout the month of October ~ "Peak Fall Colors".
* includes a Fri. and or Sat. night.
BREAKFAST is served at;8:00,8:30,9:00 or 9:30 am
NO pets.
NO children under 13 years old.
NO smoking or incense burning indoors. Outdoor smoking areas are provided.
CHECK IN is 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
"Welcome Tea" is provided on Friday afternoons from 4:00 to 5:00 pm.
• Early or Late ~ must be arranged 24 hours prior to arrival.
CHECK OUT is 11:00 am.
CANCELLATION:
Two weeks or more before reservation ~ full refund of deposit
One week before reservation ~ refund of deposit less a 20% service charge.
6 days or less before reservation ~ 20% service charge for each night reserved.
All "No Shows" including, but not limitted to those due to health, illness, transportation or weather will be charged the full amount for each night reserved.
