Vermont State Law Prohibits smoking in all rooms. Violations are subject to $100 Cleaning Fee.
Appropriate and respectful behavior of all guests is expected and appreciated at all times.
Children: Children are welcome, but our inn is most appropriate for ages twelve & up. No cribs or high chairs are available. Our inn is not child-proofed. Parents and guardians must assume complete responsibility for the safety, welfare, and behavior of their children. Respect for others is an inherent part of hospitality.
Pets: Pets well-adapted to travel and well-socialized are welcome. Respect for others also enjoying their vacation is expected. Aggressive and noisy animals are strictly prohibited. Proper restraints are a must. Pet owners accept full responsibility for behavior and damages caused by pets.
SMOKING:
Vermont State Law Prohibits smoking in all public & Guest rooms. Violators will pay a $100 Cleaning fee.
ALCOHOL:
Vermont State Law prohibits consumption of alcohol not purchased from our inn in any public or outdoor area. You may consume your own alcohol in your room. As per Vermont Sate Law we have the right to confiscate any alcohol that is being consumed outside of the room and we have the right to refuse service to violators of the law. Please don’t forfeit your stay for a drink.

DEPOSITS & Minimums
We require a deposit equal to one night's stay for each room reserved for one & two night stays.
Deposits of 50% are required for longer stays.
A two night stay (Thursday & Friday, Friday & Saturday, or Saturday & Sunday) during weekends is required in January, February, March, July, August, September, October. Other two night minimums: Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, and Fourth of July. Three night minimums are required for Presidents Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, & Columbus Day Weekend
We accept American Express, Visa Master Card, Discover Card, personal checks, and cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations may be made up to 14 days before reservation date and receive a full refund – minus a $35.00 processing fee per room. Or you may choose a gift certificate good for the entire amount. Cancellation After 14 days, if the room cannot be sold, we will issue a gift certificate good for one year.
The cancellation gift certificates will not be valid for Holidays & Foliage Season.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less of reservation will Forfeit deposit Entirely.
Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for full amount & no gift certificate will be issued.
During Holidays and Foliage Season, cancellations must be made 21 days in advance in order to receive a refund – minus a $35.00 processing fee per room. After 21 days full deposit is forfeited.
