| La Paz in a home B&B located in beautiful N. Scottsdale, AZ. La Paz offers four guest accommodations. Our Arizona Suite is a king suite with a private entrance, king bedroom with private bath, living room with a comfortable sleep sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette. The Sonoran Suite is a mini-suite with a queen bed, sitting room and private bath. Our Desert Spring Room is a queen bed accommodation and the Old West Room is furnished with twin beds. |

* Deposit Required: One night's fee plus 50% of additional length of stay.
* Cancellation Policy: 14 days advance notice required. Prior to 14 days, full refund less $20 administration fee. Within 14 days, deposit nonrefundable unless the room is rebooked.
