All rooms are billed at double occupancy, with additional 6% sales tax and 1.1% local tax. Extra persons will be charged $20.00 each. Two night stay maybe required on certain weekends or holidays! All guests are required to read and follow house room use guidelines.
We accept cash, travelers checks, personal check with adequate I.D., Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and Discover.
Rooms rates are based on season, lengths and days of stay, or offered specials.
Deluxe Room, $105 per night plus 7.1% taxes.
Bowman Suite, $175 per night plus 7.1% taxes.
Business/University Rates
Full House booking and extended stay rates are available upon request.
Reservations require a 50% deposit. Deposits can be made by cash, check, travelers check or charged to a major credit card. Balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations made less than 5 days of arrival date forfeit the deposit, unless the room can be rented. A $25.00 cancellation charge will then be applied and the remainder of the deposit returned. "NO SHOWS" will be charged for the entire amount of the scheduled stay.
