Cancellations: We understand that sometimes your travel plans will change. To avoid possible room charges, please let us know within 3 days of your arrival date if you need to make changes. If you must cancel with a shorter notice than 72 hours, we will try to re-book your room; however, if we are unable to, you will be responsible for paying for that night. There is a $15.00 processing fee for all cancellations.
Cell Phones: There is very limited access for cell phones in Groveland. We recommend you pick up a calling card before you head up the hill. Calling card calls (800) and local calls are free to make from the phone in your room.
Check in/Check out Times: We ask that guests check in between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm, if you will be later please let us know so that we can make arrangements to provide you after hours access. Check out time is 11:00 am.
Occupancy: Room rates are based on based double occupancy, unless noted otherwise, and include a buffet breakfast. Additional guests are $20.00 per night.
Pets: We enjoy our dog, Bob, and consider him part of our family and often travel with him. We expect on occasion you may want to bring your dog on vacation with you. We appreciate your discussing this with us ahead of time as we only have one room available to guests traveling with their four-legged friends. There is a $20.00 fee for pets.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, restaurant or guest rooms. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be incurred if this policy is not respected. |
